trust me, I'd much rather say -tenz +nismo but I don't think that's happening

in a perfect world jett and chamber have a 50/50 pickrate, this way teams can alternate between having a duelist oper and a passive oper with someone else on duelist
chamber being playable is a good thing and he doesn't need a nerf - he needs to be a part of the meta for the game to be healthy

I was also considering flyuh for a bunch of teams but idk I think he needs more impressive results first even tho he's been outstanding as both a player and igl
