Update: Just had another knock on the door, a woman claiming she put the wrong adress on the gift and they were meant for her nan. i felt bad because i assumed they were from the chef i knew and ate a scone. It was all a funny missunderstanding so i gave her £5 as a thank you for the gift.

She replied saying they were not from her. :/ i don't know anyone else by that name who would gift something like that.
