I think thats purely down to the Devs. Riot makes sure it is culturally inclusive with the agents they add, they want to make everyone feel included (Not a bad thing) but it does mean the average players will use that to discriminate. Those people will get punished for it with enough reports
In cs the devs don't even entertain it, they most they do is add a black character which you cant even use in competitive matches.
The Meta does change but not as frequent as it made out to be, 1 maybe 2 times a year. There is more strat/anti strat creating. The meta change only really effect i agent class at a time
CS you chose as a team what events you really want to miss, Spirit took a two month break after the latest major. Valorant you have to be very committed for practically the whole year till the off season. Unless you don't make events you can take abit of time off.
there are 4 main LANS in cs but the filler ones in the middle help the teams get really good practice at, something valorant lacks

CS players definitely have thicker skin but they play far more events throughout the year, They can afford to have off events and bounce back from it alot quicker during the next one. The fact there is alot more international top team match up allow the fans to be less brutual towards teams.
With Valorant, the International events (3 per year) Hold a ton more weight that allows very little room for error in a very snowbally game. if you have an terrible showing, you will have wait and qualify for the next event to really prove yourself again. With only 3 main internation VCT lans a year, it causes alot more region wars and more toxicity towards teams.
I personally think Valorant is more damaging for a pro player mental health compared to CS. Thought?
