Yes, worst thing in Frankfurt server are Turks who can't speak English and queue as duo so they play separately from their teammates and whole game keep yapping in Turkish, but worse than them are guys from North African (maybe even Arabic) countries with Arabic nicknames written in latinic symbols, they maybe know english but they are most of the time absolute dogshit and only know to scream in Arabic. With the first group, you may be able to win, but when you get guy from second group you ain't winning that match.
If they gonna drop Boaster and bring new smoker, they should sign Grmek, he is one of the most consistent players in tier 2

Riot should change minimal age to perform in tier 1 from 18 to 19. By the age of 19, you already graduated HS and you are able to focus entirely on your pro career. not good, if you end up as last to not pick agent on breeze, play either viper or harbor, but in low elo you can play whatever you want (i have a friend that is asc 1 or 2 and he still do troll picks like clove as single smoker on breeze). basically until high asc/immo you can pick whatever you want and win by aim diffing the other team
