don’t think he’s the reason for the low dips , i think there biggest issue is just inconsistency from individuals. The only ones you can trust to have a decent game are literally zekken and tenz, the other 3 are the biggest hit or misses in valorant.
John is an IGL so it’s excusable, sacy is reconing so i can understand it to an extent, but zellsis is a bottom Frag bandit in 80% of the games.
I agree he intends to overcook some times, but I don’t think that was the issue with the insane dips this year.
Roster will 100% be the same unless sacy retires

Tenz should be playing flashes on every map they play flashes on, not just 2.
He isnt FLEXING as MUCH as he SHOULD BE and he Should not just be limited to omen in 90% of his games.
HE had the mindset he would be playing flashes and flexing this year and not playing perma omen, hes said multiple times he dosent like playing it

JohnQT - IDK what happened after madrid, but his calling fell off some and his fragging power which was a big key in offseason, maybe the mental got to him but a offseason he should be good.
TenZ- Honestly, I dont think hes fit to be a perma omen... hes alright on it because his mechanics are just insane, but I feel like hes gotta be on that flex/flashes Role
Sacy - You keep him hopefully, I know he didnt have the best 2 last years as a whole, but who are you going to replace him with...maybe verno and maybe brawk ( team history with John ) ( maybe n4rrate but zekken would have to somewhat play sova again ) but other then that keep him.
Zellsis- this is tricky, hes good for the team moral and mental, but hes way too inconsistent and if john cant get back to his fragging ways, you cant be having 3 players that can just shit the bed like that. theres a few options you could replace him with, but if they did replace zellsis which I dont think they will Id like to see them pick up a perma smokes player and just let tenz go back to flashes and play with zekken but replacements I could see ( V1x, Skuba, Zander - If they lose somehow, Could even throw marved into the convo ,)
Maybe + Potter if Thats a option.
