Also will they be allowed to play 3 korean players at once. I think the team must have majority from that region but this team has 4 Japanese on roster. Will they be allowed to play 3 korean 2 Japanese or will they be forced to play maximum of 2 koreans?

People think he cheats because he has like 10x the number of sus clips as someone like flusha and because he had really weird stats.
He had a 1.2 rating for like 3 months was accused of cheating and then the rating fell dramatically. There are also screenshots of the same email he uses for his steam account being used for accounts on cheating forums.

Personally, while the evidence may seem compelling, I'm not in the habit of saying he is a cheater until the game can confirm it. Yes VAC is useless but engaging in mindless speculation when the only person who can confirm whether he cheats or not is valve is equally as useless as VAC. I get why people accuse him but the whole "is he cheating or not" is basically a zero-sum game unless valve magically proves he is cheating randomly.

One thing is for sure, he is not cheating in Val.

Sova and raze ult being 8 points makes little sense when KayO has a cooldown that can disable them and can disable the ult through a walls.
8 points ult just to get shut down by 40 second cooldown yeah ok seems balanced.

I think 600 is one of the cheapest utility costs right now, in fact it should be one of the cheapest in the game.

I think it could be possible to see kayO skye and sova in one comp in future. Sova is still very strong, skye has really good buff now and Kay/o is phoenix with a cooldown ability that can literally cancel an ult and give insane info. Skye/KayO may also be a strong comp, people may choose to not use sova because KayO knife has similar info to sova recon

maybe update a little earlier ? like 2 weeks before the qualifiers start would be much better. I think the LATAM qualifier starts in 3 days or something and EU and NA are in something like 7 days

I think alot of the changes are good but they are very big changes and they have put them in 7 days before qualifiers which is :( Eco changes are very big differences because full buying is much more expensive now and the astra nerf is significant enough to take her out of meta on some maps.

yeah, pop one flash when barriers drop for info and you will have both flashes back up for when you actually pop onto site/ defend the site.

Then you will have 1 or 2 left for postplant defense or retake.

Definitley a buff and flash spamming isn't good anyways.

I was watching one round on split A site where VLT attacking jett killed a guy CT and then 2 defenders came up ropes peaking ramp instead of CT where the teammate just died. They need lots of work but I think because of population alone India will be good in the future.

Sova and skye are two powerful agents that combined have 2 drones, immense info gathering capability and flashes to help site-entry. It's a good comp and fnatic runs it on bind. You should judge comps by the impact the agents provide not by arbitrary terms like "sentinel" or "duelist"

Not as big as real sports but it can still affect. Also the impact it has varies depending on the place. Like home advantage in brazil is probably really big because they have crazy fans but home advantage in NA is not as big.
