Não precisaria necessariamente ser +5 contratados, uns 3 já estaria legal.
Pega um Sato da vida, algum jogador mirudo e jovem pra ir se ambientando num cenário profissional.
Assim quando alguem sair os moleques novos já estariam 10 passos de vantagem comparado ao Less e Aspas quando entraram nesse time.

Ahh mais uma coisa.
Seria bom se as ORGs que estão nas franquias fizessem que nem a EG, pegassem alguns players jovens e promissores pra fechar o roster com 10 players, assim já dariam casca e formaria uma "base" dentro do próprio time.
