I mean t2 to intl LAN level is up and coming imo. Don't watch collegiate/ or t3 valorant players to know about them enough also, it is very unlikely for players to get picked up on a franchised team right away from t3 so they are bound to get some form of visibility before they reach top level.

Ofc if he is fluent and can express his ideas without any hiccups then that's a bonus but if he has a fantastic grasp on the game and can give clear directions then that's good enough imo. He isn't going to be a professor, all he needs to do is tell his players what he wants in game.
