TenZ being the problem is only a community narrative. People who actually watches the games, which SEN players+coaches surely do, it becomes pretty clear that TenZ is the X factor. The man can win 80% of his 1v1s, his utility is on point, insane APR which proves how good he is at setting his team up, great in clutches. Like what can he not do?

He's an emotional leader and he breaks down a bit when thing are not going his way which isn't a bad thing but DrewSpark needs to be a GIGACHAD to balance out the energy. If you are too hung up on small mistakes you become afraid to make mistakes, which is as bad.
Reason why he wanted a vibe guy like zellsis in the first place but even zellsis has his limits. He has to play hectic matches, dwell on the individual mistakes he makes during games it's just rough.

Because right after the tacs they got lurked on again and didn't try to take A short or shower control. They played the exact same way
I will blame him just for not calling the viper lurks and not being productive on Bind defense. He has tac pauses and he cries after game my players didn't do what needed to be done. His team was 10-2 up he had 2 tac on def. he needs to take some of the blame and be better, that's what he used to do before madrid and that made him successful.
Remember after first map loss she said "They just played better than us, props to them" even though they lost a heavy lead which most coaches would chalk upto them throwing? That's the way to go about it imo. Sometimes that's just how it is, the opponent is just better.
If you are too hung up on yourself you become hindsight harrys and start blaming everything you did in a match. That's how you lose confidence as a team and start playing to not lose instead of playing to win. That's the recipe for losing.

She is smart. She's probably paid 10$ an hour, was given a squad to be the underdogs. She can't be boasting and bringing the hopes high for fans and the management alike. That's the recipe for letting people down and get fired. The underdog story this time around is more manageable for her.
