Ngl I am more excited about who the Assistant coach is gonna be than anything else. We desperately need someone who -

• has great valorant map knowledge and philosophy about how to approach the new maps. We always suck on new maps and all our players hate maps like Breeze, Icebox, Abyss etc. because valorant maps don't have depth and are full of gimmicks. We need a coach who just sees the maps from valo pov and knows how to exploit them
• is a coach and a chef. Kaplan is great with the fundamentals and taking away little bits of other teams playbooks and make them his own. So, we need a coach who can cook new strats. For example: mini. This guy always came out of every break period with cookage. every time Fnatic would come out of some sort of off season, idle period, everyone else would have to play catch up with them and that's a huge advantage to have.
• is good in 1:1 sessions with players and would work on making them better and more consistent in the server.

That's just hindsight. People were as excited and as optimistic, even pundits like sliggy and tmv. You forget how much people trolled FNS and thought him to be a liability and now they act like he will revolutionize this team !

It's just that he is getting the VIP treatment as usual.
