How Can I Improve my reaction time ?

I m more of a flex guy ... I always pick at the last .. 5/10 times i play chamber 3/10 times smoke and sometimes KAYO or Sova

As I Said Before... I have seen my VODS of dying... and literally all of them were bcz of my late reaction and I have been playing this game from 2020 , I always clip the scene where I wanna know how I died ... not making excuses though ... i just wanna know how i can improve .. somethings are capped bcz of ones hardware but there are many things which could be done to improve and i wanna know those few things
