Honestly, I prefer the old T1 roster. When Dazed was asked in an interview to make his dream team out of any players, banned or unbanned, Dazed replied:

Azk
Swag (Brax)
Ska
and Stewie2k

They did well in 1st strike, Azk was underperforming a bit so they had to let him go.

The current roster has potential and I think as smart Dazed is, he should try a bit harder to make strats. Twitch chat mostly says Dazed is failing because he makes valorant strats as if its CS.

still is really chill now as far as I've seen, some toxicity always happens in the heat of the moment and no one can avoid that except for Ska or Shroud.

Brax and AZK are probably a package like Food and Crashies. Tenz might be waiting for the C9 contract to end before coming back to the pro scene (just a dumb speculation please don't hate). Shinobi might not get back to the pro scene, he was a coach in cs anyways. Laski is a good pick currently not under anyone's radar. Tex needs more opportunity and C4lypso might not get picked up cuz of match-fixing rumours for now. Dicey whiffs his shots a lot ngl, maybe he needs to change his role up a bit.

Sinatra, Aproto are also amazing players and you cannot count them out for now.

I don't understand why and how they hate players like them. I understand hating some specific players due to their personality or mistakes but 100T is far from that. If you bring up Steel and the iBP thing, steel has done more community work than any other iBP members but still didn't get unbanned, yes he was toxic but he has grown out of it. All these players are amazing, its not like you are not allowed to dislike a team or org but don't hate them blindly. I don't like TSM for example but I respect them as they are great players, if they were not, they wouldn't probably make it to this far. Remember what Virtus Pro taught us from CS, always respect others.
