I think the main problem is trying to slot these cracked rookies into leadership roles. All of the successful T2 talents in NA this year have been under experienced igls/leaders (MIBR is a bit of a weird case but it still counts) I personally don't think you can just stack a team with cracked rookies and not have at least a core 3 of experienced players (or igl+1 and a coach).
