I think the rule states that if a player has played VCT before then he would be able to play in franchising. Example would be Zekken. If Zekken wasn't playing then then he would have had to wait. And you said that Monyet was allowed but Elite wasn't. Thing is Monyet did play in VCT last year up until LCQ right, Whereas Elite played a lot of VRL so that's why Monyet is playing franchising but Elite isn't. But since Elite is 17 next year he'll definitely be a pickup in any of the turkish teams with this guy's skill
