Its problem almost in every country of the world, there is a lot of unhealthy food in markets. Just read food composition when bying something. In cis we have like 70-80% of products in market have lot harmful components. Just dont buy it. All you need is protein, some fats, and slow carbohydrates. Maybe some spices for better taste. Make it your habit to check what you are buying, and your body will thank you. Not a big problem for me, im eating a lot healthy stuff, im still fit and dont have any problems with health (im almost 28yo). Also dont eat much sugar, cookies etc
