i'd make my own 1-100 rating or whatever for each team and then we can combine them with percentages (50-50, 60-40, etc) to create a new one

the values give way too much to PRX and FNC, its just closer than that (outside of T1 and DRG, they both suck). PRX do not have a 75% chance to beating LEV for example, its more 60-40 PRX

phoenix- could lead to VERY util heavy comps that focus on getting phoenix kills and recharging his molly over and over, could make the game unplayable(unfun) and boring to watch
neon- we already saw what happens when an agent can dash/slide to break trips. it kills cypher, and has the potential to make neon broken
reyna- leer being unbreakable and the pocket dismiss just existing could break her

for 1, he only has 6 maps in the "W map pool" so bind is probably there as well, and i love pearl so much more than split & ascent. I'd take out ascent for split though

100T's bind, ascent and icebox are better than their split and breeze, they should be fine.
