Potter, engh, and BzKa are obvious 1 2 3 for me, with the top 2 being interchangable while BzKa is third because Mibr isn't as good as the other 2.
mini for his tenure last year more than anything(so if we are PURELY judging this year remove him), and then doombros was just the 5th coach that came to mind.
I also just didn't think of pacific first because it's regressed as a whole while the other 3 regions have improved
i don't know how you rate them above any of these coaches besides doombros, my 5th spot is pretty open

imo BBL is in their own tier and then Liquid-M8 is their own tier, but i based tiers off of difference in average rating. all of those games are 50-50s, but M8 have the highest chance of losing to BBL imo and Liquid with keiko, nats, and jamppi have the highest chances to punch above their weight and beat a vitality with trexx or a FUT(given keiko, Nats, and Jamppi's pop off potential) so that's why ppl would rate Liquid higher is my guess. IMo its Koi-GiantX-liquid-M8
most people are PICKING NRG in the 50-50, the votes for who would win aren't 50-50, but the game itself is a 50-50
****with a Stand-in. The only team I think BBL have a good chance of beating is Gentle M8.
I think the biggest difference is that while M8 and GiantX/KOi/Liquid are like 55-45 games in favor of Liquid, KOI, and GiantX, the reason M8 are rated so lowly is that the other 3 teams are much more likely to punch above their weight
