Look at how HLTV does it, events outside of 3 months ago barely matter to it and if you lose 3 of your 5 members you lose all of your points. this works in Counter strike because it is an open circuit system where teams play more than 30 games, but it cannot work in valorant

i know you can't lower points because the system is bad. off season matches are off season matches and don't matter, every year is a new year and teams should not have similar rankings to last year unless they kept all 5 players. and even if your system only counted matches from this year it still wouldn't work because in statistics you need a minimum sample size of 30 matches and you have at most 7
