Didn't bbl lose to KC....
Such a shame they can't, no one can
I really like the dichotomy on sentinels fans where the team is either unable to do anything wrong and there's always a mitigating circumstance or the other side where everything is trash and they're gods gift to sucking at valorant
Just a quick edit I also love how whether huffing hopium or doomium they're all so passionate everything sentinels always has some guy dropping 3 paragraphs on vlr
Flair change time I guess
Anyone know if the Ivy on OGS is the same Ivy that played on Philly Fusion with Carpe in OWL?
I'll be honest with the style faze like to play and more importantly the way poised likes to igl I can see why you would prefer to keep baby bay over dicey at a Duelist position. Dicey plays slow and stable, babybay plays engage heavy and as the spearhead. He's inconsistent because of this whereas dicey plays slow and stable making him consistent
Also babybay's brand hard diffs dicey and branding is what makes money and fuck knows faze need money
Wait nvm it's kiles man's carrier went off a cliff after he WON CHAMPS. His playing in t2 emea and hasn't done much since
Pattitek, man fell from running emea on g2 to being hard stuck on a 6th place eu vrl team in a fairly uncompetitive vrl
They are just very far behind in terms of fps and most PC based games it's just not part of the culture. Japan really built itself off of its arcade and console gaming areas so that's where the bulk of its population's experience is prior to valorant they're next biggest success in a shooter was probably the overwatch world cup team. As well most of their players are transfers over from overwatch so the tack fps decision making and team play isn't there yet.
I have very little faith in your prx pred tbh
When good friday has managed to close Woolies and Kmart but Valorant is still being played. You love to see it but God it was hard to buy my hamburger ingredients today
Low-key, so far going into this game that comment has aged like milk. Let's see how it looks on the other side
To be fair there is a of gaming branded stuff in each category that doesn't suck. Mainly because people realised the potential to sell some of their premium products with gaming attached as a marketing thing. There's some solid "gaming keyboards" that are reasonably priced nice mechanicals. And headphones wise a lot of proper audio companies started making "gaming options" which were just slapping a microphone on their premium headphones (Sennheiser is a good example)
Bruh one of my mates was there in full Ferrari gear with the Italian flag painted over his face. He's probs crying himself to sleep after what happened to Sainz at the end
Piastri in the points in an orange tractor, can't complain
I haven't looked into the wording or such butI'll be honest in terms of bolstering a scene nothing really keeps a scene going more than veiwership. I mean look at the drop off in eu vlrs like France and Spain when big name clouted teams like koi and karmine corp (even in games without the big name teams) The clout brings the viewership to not only the teams with clout but the series as a whole which massively boosts the other investment into the scene. All in all, it's probably a net positive for GC scene
You are a man who needs to the Facebook page join blokes and their mi goreng. Only reason to open Facebook tbh
I know the nationality rules are still imo a bit stupid especially after it got increased to 3 players. But fnatic's roster would be eligible to play in Polaris since Leo, boaster and derke all meet the nationality requirements. However Koi, Navi, Giants and heretics wouldn't be eligible for any of the vrls.
Bit of an L move by riot
Yeah but did anyone see that Aussie kid put an orange tractor into Q3
Honestly I know it's highly unlikely but I would love to see carpe become the carpe of valorant and continue his record number of 2nd place finishes without a win. Granted with munchkin as IGL I can't see it happening..
Just saying there is a precedent for GE fielding rosters without starting indian players/without them completely...
Honestly is probably the best lineup they could field, people just ain't ready to accept it
Tldr, they out round difference and map diff don't matter if the other team beat them in a head to head
They are out, it's I believe due to the format deciding tie breakers from head to head instead of map differential. And since they lost to faze if they beat g2 they still lose the tie breaker at 2:3 to faze. Whereas is turtle troop win against oxygen they go up 3:2 and take the last spot over faze, however if they lose faze moves over them because they lost to faze in the head to head
Talent got shipped off to China
These boys need a good Australian sense of humour
I don't know why but I reckon there is a definite chance fnatic can win this
Bro the fuck you doing waking up at half past 3 in the arvo.
Join bleed in APAC, become millionaire + get through ascension in Apac. EZ dubs life sorted never worry about money again
I mean no one really had T1 winning over furia. With the role swaps and an unproven igl plus there 1 appearance before hand no one had confidence. But I mean there is some potential at least. Carpe is looking like his transitioned a lot more and looked a lot better than in the tarrik invitation.
To be fair, it does make sense. Last time he played he had legit played probably a month of valorant. Him improving quickly as he gets to grips with playing a tac shooter at the highest level is pretty likely tbh
I think it's pretty likely they would have been better. You can tell where the holes in the comps were because of having to flex around the slightly different hero pool Bazzi was using (as that backup initiator) and the change from playing with wronski who they were scrimmings with to a player they weren't would have to push back progress. Whether it would have been enough I can't say
Is this a lay off across only the guard or across all of the ownership groups eSports ventures. Because if it's just on a guard end I'd guess a position in T2 combined with economic pressure doesn't justify the high cost of extra staff and instead spreading their current staff from stuff like the LA gladiators and their CDL franchise to cover the positions
Just a heads up, bobo no existo anymore. Big sad
If it's double duelist pretty likely wronski would be playing second duelist. Normally the standard for that flex initiator role
Wait, you guys call those football. Yeah nah, imagine wearing all that heavy gear or trying to cop a penalty for being lightly tapped. Unless your football involves running the distance of a cricket ground to use your opponent as a ladder to catch a ball booted from 150metres away then that just ain't a quality game to call football.
Lowkey, the biggest change from last week to this week is faze put down the crack pipe when on the agent select screen
Yeah the guy who's Russian passport has been quite unfortunate for his career
Why has faze not officially announced anything in terms of there roster, their 1st match is like hours away. Must be cutting costs at the social media manager to prevent going bankrupt
Idk Apex day's he was really number one in his role with multiple back to back championships
Yeah, no. Ideal global roster is probably
Texture
Monyet
Ayrin
Wronski
Bazzi
And you just ain't ready to hear it
From the time I played comp overwatch I found the easiest solution was just to follow a nice simple warm up. Nothing to serious and just to play more become more used to the environment and get your brain back to that flow state it is when your normally playing
Polaris, bonkar. On smoke, All around Chad and easy hard carry
Turkey, braveaf. Easy dubs for Mr couldn't get paid because of Putin
East, monsterr. I just remember him being a decent talent on ascend.
Spain, Hyber. If he's good enough for a boaster fnatic sub. Imagine what giga Chad bonkar could do with him
Dach, Element. Legit just sorted stats by acs and he was the most cracked player left
Portugal, mowzaza. Maybe it's his overwatch days hooking me in but I do generally think he's a great personality to build a mismatched team around. Well that and godkar.
Very simple, time for another car. A project car then you will never have this issue again
To be fair, these are leaked scrims from skrossi. It is highly possible that his not in the starting roster and these are just games he happens to be playing in
From a competition perspective it's probably actually a brilliant time to launch in China given the fall out with blizzard and netease has strait turned off overwatch as a game which had a big foothold in the Chinese fps market that valorant will probably hope to take over
Can I interest you in a Japanese shitbox project car
About the same on regular wifi from bloody Victoria to Sydney. Damn rural life sometimes...
