1. Coaching issues
   Its obvious at this point that the igl and coach have very different means of preparing and styles. FNC having been falling behind the meta and have been slow to adapt, as they have usually been the "meta" Elmapuddy seems to not be the right fit for this team.

2. Individual Performance
   FNC Won 2 tournaments from the strives of leo,derke,alfa,and chronicle. Its obvious now that they haven't been able to live up to that perfomance yet. Having very bad days and games all around.
