Lately Ive been focusing on improving my health and realized I havent been drinking water enough.
My hydration routine was pretty much: Wake up drink coffee drink water in the afternoon and drink water before going to sleep
That made me feel like im drinking enough because I always drank from a big glass but overall it was insufficient.

I thought someone might be doing the same and wanted to share but maybe im just acoustic.
