There's quite literally no reason for you to say "70% chance he remains mediocre" he's played 2 series in the last 6 months with an actual IGL, which were both against T2 teams, as I've said before the whole team last season was entirely overrated, but for some reason the blame has fallen squarely on Pancada's shoulders, when people somehow forget he had to completely change roles and play a completely different style of game, while still managing to maintain a certain level of consistency

It's not even just about Pancada deserving to be on the team or not, or Zellsis deserving to be in the 5, doesn't matter. Imo any of C9, 100T, EG (without D1 and Ethan) would be improved with the addition of Zellsis.
It's just the fact that they keep changing the roster over and over and over, how do they expect results? I'm pretty sure since the team was formed initially it hasn't been the same for 3 consecutive months at any point in its history
I think it's between s0m and mindfreak, s0m was by far the best player on NRG, mindfreak was insanely consistent. Mako was good as always and Tuyz was good too, even though many will remember him as a weak link in LOUD, but imho s0m and mindfreak were a tier above anybody else

But LOUD also has internal issues and beat them so your own narrative beats itself
Then just play Omen or play smokes on whatever map, it's a bad idea to play 2-3 roles because you just carry over the habits from one to the other, which obviously messes you up completely

Only thing VALORANT won esports-wise was team of the year which was LOUD, you can argue it led to OpTiC also winning Org of the year, but that's not solely based on their Valorant performances, and some caster awards
Before I say anything else, I prefer Valorant over CS, but CS Esports are still much more expressive than any of the other games which have players represented there, a part from maybe LoL, I'm not sure, but if any Valorant player won I'd be very very surprised
