I mean, while EU used to have fewer top-tier teams than NA, looking at this LCQ, I think it has caught up. Like, I think any team in NA LCQ and EU LCQ could potentially achieve something at champs. However based purely on the peak of teams in both regions I think EU is slightly ahead, as only Optic has really been competitive on international LAN events lately (last masters).
