Lotus plays out way differently than Haven even though both of them are 3 site maps.

I dont know if it makes sense but hear me out. If you divide the maps horizontally in halves, Haven is a 5 lane maps and Lotus is a 3/3.5 lane map. And these lanes are avenues for attack to come through. And a smart IGL like Saadhak or Boaster could push and pull your defense around making your guess where the attack is coming from

PS. Someone smart help me verify if this theory is good or bogus

Oh yeah. You mean in the Pacific league right? Right after something joined and they played Ascent with Benkai on Sova for the last time?

The EG one would be the craziest

Same💀

Well I totally understand them. I would've rather kicked Haven out of the map pool instead of removing Pearl or Fracture

Just check every time when they played Haven last year internationally. I swear they didnt play the same comp more than 3 times in a row💀

Yeah. f0rsaken and d4v4i wrecking OPTC was a treat😌

I have a theory that the reason PRX stopped playing Haven is because it was Benkai's map.

Remember how forsaken said in the interview that he makes strats for Bind. So when we consider that there is a high chance Benkai was the one who prepped their Haven and he seemed to be comfortable calling on it and even win while trying new stuff. Just check their Haven match history from 2022 -23. They tried like 7+ variations and while keeping a pretty decent win rate

The simpler theory is that since its a 3 site map and with PRX's calling structure it would super difficult on the defense side for them to know where the pushes and pulls are happening

Pacific : T1

I would personally give all the LCQ teams a pass since their strats got exposed while playing the LCQ

Them trying the PRX comp with Chronicle on Phoenix would be lit af tho

They have played Pearl once before. But that was against DFM of all people so...

Boaster - Astra
Derke - Jett
Leo - Fade
Chronicle - KAYO
Alfajer - Cypher

I have pretty bad luck with Glitchpop but the gun animation is so satisfying to watch while spraying for some reason

Opinions needed on ChronoVoid and Magepunk

I might have to create a hybrid category after all😶

posted about a year ago

I personally find it better to spray down with it and its awesome

Its a thread to argue about which skins are best to spray&burst and which are better to 1 tap when it comes to Vandals

Spray : Reaver, Prelude to Chaos, Gaia's Vengeance ,Glitchpop
1 Tap : Prime, Araxys, Forsaken,Champions 2023
Hybrid : Chronovoid

Edit: Due to popular demand I am gonna add a third category called Hybrid to put in skins which are good at both spraying and 1 Taps

Yeah that makes sense. Who knows maybe someone in the LB is gonna ascend to a next level like what happened with GentleMates back in EMEA Ascension

So is this counting all the VCT events including the ones that took place online from 2020 - 2023 or just the ones on LAN?

I checked the Champions 2022 schedule and yeah it follows the same pattern as this one
So that means the Upper Bracket Final has a 70%+ chance to decide who the winner is💀

Back in Tokyo there was a few days if gap between the BO3 UB Final, LB Semi and the BO5 Lower Bracket Final

posted about a year ago

If a team looses the upper bracket final on 25th they have to fight in the lower bracket on 26th and if they win that they have to compete in the final on 27th (I'm from South Asia so the dates are pushed by +1)

The same applies for the lower bracket semi final winner too

Thats like 3 series and potentially 13 maps in a row💀

I mean you can't call the only guy who can currently make Reyna viable a one trick pony
And besides he's got a pretty decent breach and even a good enough raze in his backpocket. He was awesome on Raze back in JP Challengers

I didnt necessarily mean that. But after wrecking PRX with that comp back at Pacific Finals, I havent seen them use it since
(I have pretty bad memory so I dont know if they had used it in tokyo)

posted about a year ago

You have one of the, if not the best neon player on your team and won a pretty sizeable amount of matches with it, but still wont use that comp against arguably the best fracture team EG

Fascinating to see how the tables turned for LOUD from the first international event of the year to the last(when it comes to crowd support)

No offense they have plenty of talent
But claiming players who were never part of the ENEA ecosystem in any point in time is like the British saying all the artifacts they stole from the colonized countries are rightfully theirs💀

Like how on earth are you keeping these double standards with a straight face

posted about a year ago

EMEA : Ardiis is in NRG so we'll treat him like we treat all the other NA players

Also EMEA : "Something EMEA rep" even though he has never played regionally in EMEA even once
