Definitely not, my friend who's a CS guy picked up valorant recently and he is trash because the mechanics are actually quite different. Not to mention the different utility/maps/timings and so on. They would probably be able to hit radiant seeing as they're insane aimers but they would not be able to go pro until they grind for a while first.
