G2 can win against Guild or FNC can lose to a Turkish team. Nothing is set in stone. With the amount of time these guys have, they will be adapting and improving. This is not something static.
This is a better format than the one implemented last year. It is healthy for the team as it gives them enough time to adapt and improvise instead of being out for the whole circuit because of 1 bad week. It is also great for viewers as your games are streamed in the weekends for a whole month instead of 1 week of games followed by nothing. This gives rise to various story lines and increases the hype. And at the end you have the playoffs as usual. And if you want something to watch on the weekdays, you can take take a look at the ongoing VRL series.
Sure, this could have been better but it is an improvement over last year.
