That's hilarious because Navi said that they won't pick up players from 2 Russian-speaking countries. And I think no one will argue that CIS sub-region is the strongest in EMEA for 2 years

P.P.S. If Riot Games give slot to team as sub-region teams. Then I would expect to see Navi as Eastern European team as all Ukrainian players, then expect to see 2-3 orgs for rest of CIS Sub-region (those orgs shouldn't be from that region, as we can see on FPX example)
