Exactly what this team needs, people controlling them and teaching how to actually play the game.
Mwzera, Havoc, Xand are diamonds waiting to be polished.
Not only a great fit, he would actually be the one to make this team stick together.
I think he actually wants to win something, and working together with NZR this is the team that could bring him a title.
With this new roster that has been talked about coming together, with a proper coach they could actually win something or at least get top 3 in Americas.

Is a solid roster with great aimers, If they manage to click together, or at least put a great coach like Onur to discipline them, this team could be a prospective powerhouse.
My dream would be to put Heat in this team in the future, the amount of AIM this team would have would be better than 2023 Furia by far, with Xand being the IGL together with NZR, i think this team could be actually in the same level as Sentinels.

The whole Idea of bringing Xand to Furia is him being the FLEX player, if this guy goes to duelist It gonna fuck up the whole team comps! The ideal way for the new furia to play is:
Mwzera - Duelist
Havoc - Initiator/Flex
NZR - Initiator
Pancada - Controller
Xand - Sentinel/Flex
Putting Mwzera back on Initiator is something i don't wanna see.

Se esse time não encaixar, o único movimento que eles precisam fazer é tirar o Heat da KRU e trazer pra jogar de iniciador no lugar do Havoc.
A melhor Keyd tinha Heat e Mwzera juntos, agora com ele sendo Full iniciador isso poderia dar mais certo ainda.

If this team doesn't click, the only move they need to do is get Heat out of KRU and bring him to play Initiator in the place of Havoc.
The best Keyd had Heat and Mwzera together, now with him being full Initiator this could do even better.
If he had Dengue probably he is already better by now, dengue is a calamity in Brazil right now thanks to incompetence by the rulers.
Most Brazilians states declared state of calamity because of It, but because he's young probably he's already better by now and ready to negotiate.

Xand was the only guy that putted up a match in Brazil against LOUD 2022 when he was the IGL, both NIP and 00Nation putted great performances with him on the team, going to international tournaments.
Now, with this roster, things could start to change for Furia and i believe in that, he's very very good Reading mid-round, creating strategys, Furia could go from water to wine with his reads.
Pancada is Just SOLID, a thing Khalil wasn't being able to do for a year now, whatever round pancada is alive, Just like aspas, the team won't be afraid, a thing that we didn't feel with Khalil.

Faz muito tempo que a LOUD não vence, sinceramente isso é culpa principalmente do Saadhak.
Ele falou que não está mais organizando o time e terceirizando as avaliações de anti tático e comps para os coachs, provavelmente é sim uma briga interna e tem coisa que não sabemos dentro dessa história, e tudo isso tá se refletindo dentro do game, a LOUD simplesmente se recusa a ganhar.
QCK em sua live em resposta ao Nyang disse que "independente do que falasse, ele não sabe qual é o verdadeiro problema", exemplificando que nos treinos tem coisa acontecendo por trás das câmeras, que não aparecem para nós.

TuyZ diz que a Loud não sente pressão de ganhar, talvez isso seja um motivo do porque eles estejam tão mal, eles sabem que se cometerem erros básicos não vai ter um Sacy mais para cobrar.
Infelizmente esse time da Loud está se tornando insustentável, Saadhak tem que mudar a mentalidade, porque se continuar assim vão ser apenas um time brasileiro qualquer, um desrespeito aos fans que esperam o dia inteiro para torcer por um time que não tem comprometimento nenhum com nada, vagabundos que se acomodaram em receber salários altos e viver nas franquias.

Sentinels vai classificar, LOUD não vai ganhar da SEN nesse estado horroroso que eles tão, errando tudo, pickando comp anti-meta por cabeça dura da Staff e do Saadhak.
Vão ser destroçados de novo porque são arrogantes e querem jogar contra a Maré.
O problema do que tá acontecendo hoje é muito simples.
Ficaram tentando inventar tanto a roda, que ela ficou quadrada e não gira mais.
Pra LOUD voltar a ganhar é só botar o Gekko na comp, todo mundo joga e é o boneco mais quebrado que tem, não puxar Phoenix, deadlock, pickar um sentinela e fazer com que o Saadhak volte a ser o IGL.
Parece que ele tá com preguiça de jogar, insatisfeito, não quer dar call mais na line que ele mesmo montou. Se tá insatisfeito pega as coisas e vai embora filho, Raafa tá aí pela posição quando ele tiver com preguiça de jogar.

Saadhak ter kickado o coach porque discordava dele foi o maior erro que ele já cometeu.

O Valorant brasileiro SIMPLESMENTE ACABOU, eu achei que isso ia acontecer quando o Saadhak saísse da LOUD, mas aparentemente aconteceu muito mais cedo.
A verdade é que nossos jogadores sempre foram horrorosos, as panelas do Valorant sempre dominaram e estamos completamente fudidos de aqui em diante.
Isso que dá depender um cenário inteiro em um time, agora sofram as consequências do que eu disse a 2 anos atrás.
