It's not a rematch tho, these are new teams and nrg seem to exhibit the same issue of starting slow. They probably still qualify but I have faith in Navi to make it out of groups as first seed.

I think Navi wins in a close game, fpx already beat optic. Nrg are having rough games, nrg seem to have the same problems as optic of starting slower. So I think it can definitely swing into Navis favor.

Whole teams garbage

as Ambo said, running is great, put 20 mins aside and just go on a little run. All the stress you felt from classes get swept away since you're dialed in on running. Mental reset and go for the next day.

Another thing that helped me was always sleeping on time. I set a time of 11pm every single day. No matter what I had to do, if I had homework the next day. I would go to sleep because that's what's important.

The only time I broke this rule was last week of school when I had to finish some art projects and I stayed up. But every day before that, focus solely on the work and one 11 hits stop everything and sleep. Sleeps important and it's something you should have some control over.

I'd say to really try to pay attention the characters and their motivations, because that's a theme that is heavily tied to the overall story.

And there's a flashback near the beginning of the manga which at first left me weirded out but now really appreciate the choice. I think that that was my favorite arc so far.
