Your logic doesn't make sense, IMO M3C would win 9 of 10 matches against xset.
Xset and Lev are there coz their only competition is against Optic and KRU, while M3C and Furia have to compete with other 3 or more good/better teams in their region.

They are insane tatically-wise, but they struggle against extremely agressive teams with god aim.

Sobre a questão do passo pra trás, existe sim gente talentosa que se abdica do ego pra fazer seus projetos funcionarem. Só tu ver o Curry no Golden State Warrios em 17-19: ele era a estrela do time, mas deu um passo atrás pra que o Durant brilhasse e conquistassem dois troféus da NBA (seriam 3 se Durant e Klay não tivessem se machucado). Claro que pessoas assim não são muito comuns, mas vai que Fluyr e/ou Gatti sejam.

O problema era aquela Gamelanders cansada. Fora que ele se renovaria muito bem taticamente com um coach que é cabeça (Fluyr e/ou Gatti)

Eu diria que Nyang + Ryotzz também acrescentaria um ótimo suporte pro MW e Heat vencerem as trocas e situações de clutch

Fluyr + Gatti de coach + assist coach faria uma equipe muito mais coordenada
