People were saying this before he even played in the Pacific where they went "he only farmed in a shit region and will flop" I remember I think it was DOMA back when he was at VLT trashing on smth for being shit and only farming t3 or t4, only to be proven wrong in the Pacific League. Fuck that Doma guy.

For now, only time will tell. People might not even be surprised if he does well or not due to the amount of expectations people have set upon him.

Yeah fuck asian air, so humid, hot, dry, and cold at the same time - feels like when you don't shower everyday you're doing something wrong

What thing?

posted about a year ago

I've seen them at the bottom of people's rankings, maybe some ppl's hopium of them having a good run is evident; but then again, their chances of getting out of their group is slim

Yeah fuck those rankings

tbh he's alright but his breakdown vids in yt are meh for me, he just describes what happens in a round - pretty much what happened from the start of the round until the end that viewers already know and he's just repeating without adding much, "we're gonna see harbor wall, then the skye will flash" etc etc without actually trying to break the reasons down why and how etc.

he just narrates what happens in his yt vids. although watching him live and watchpartying is alright

They're gonna be signing 5 world champions and still eventually lose how funny can that be

posted about a year ago

He's a duelist player in the past right iirc? I guess not every role can be forced to those who play duelists, unlike some who can be both goated in duelists and controllers

posted about a year ago

Yeah, ive been watching tier 2 KR and there's a lot of potential ban replacement xD

Is ban not that good on controllers?

It's a relatively easy group they have, so it's less likely that they get grouped as compared to champs last year

Not following much on the upcoming tournaments, but would love to see V1, SMG, and G2 against each other, are there LANs like last year?

GhostNexus can suck smth's big juicy 21-wheeler flavorful cock after EG gets demolished in their rematch. ayo?

With the amount of expectations everyone has been putting on the guy, he must then put some lebron james stats in that KRU game, similar to how LBJ was hyped so much but the hype was real and worth

EG gonna qualify with that group they have, FPX in shambles

posted about a year ago

The hype is alright, his energy during last champs was still the same. But the difference was that he was shutdown before even beating some big teams in the league.

+1 bro alchemy of souls is GOATED but not s2 damn the change of actress is not it :(

posted about a year ago

It really depends on the taste of who's gonna watch, like me, I thrive on watching cheesy and cringey romcoms xD

posted about a year ago

Try Crash Landing on You for one of the best romcom, that shit got me started binge watching kdramas throughout the pandemic;

Also, try Hi Bye, Mama! if you wanna cry each episode

I agree with your second point. I started watching them ever since Reykjavik, to every match they had in VCT MYSG Challengers - until now, and I must say, davai really stepped up a lot.

In the past, the highlight reels would mostly just consist of Forsaken & Jing, but man seeing davai in pacific league so consistent is a breath of fresh air.

posted about a year ago

Yeah, the LCQ teams are really unpredictable to an extent, like KRU going negative in the regular season but making it out of LCQ. Really hard to put them side-by-side with others

posted about a year ago

I agree with you. Prep-heavy teams just does well against them and their counter-strats on PRX's fast break execs makes sense, I understand where you're coming from. Thanks for explaining!

posted about a year ago

GIve your brutally honest takes and opinions on Paper Rex - whether positive or negative for others to read

If this does well, then let's do one for other teams as well.

posted about a year ago

Thanks! I skipped that part of Platchat and went straight to their power rankings part xD

It makes sense, EDG are known to be scrim Gods in pacific, I even remember watching them play LCQ last year without dropping a map; somehow if we see EDG vs. PRX in groups, maybe EDG gets their win this third time? It'd be a banger of a series

posted about a year ago

What's the logic with EG placing above PRX? I know most people tell that EG was only able to beat PRX in game 5 - with a sub, and that this iteration of PRX with something should be able to clear them,

but I wanna know your take on this
