apac is a 1 team region. nothing is gonna change my mind. i love apac, but atm, paper rex is destroying every single team in the region and imo they are the only apac team that is capable of making a big international showing. i do believe paper rex wins the grand final though. but xerxia is good in apac but against word class teams, they just don't really stand a chance. just my opinion
yeah true tbh, i do agree with the original post though, you are right they spend way too much time on that kinda stuff
they changed it to 2 so after champions they can dedicate the rest of the year to game changers

These are my predictions. this is not set up in places, but in the order of who i think will win. (from #1 being the best chance and last being the lowest chance) my predictions are:
#1 the guard (kinda depends though) they are the clear dark horses of the event. once again. each player have so much potential and individual skill as well as the chemistry to top it off. however, they are very inconsistent and inexperienced have have been performing very bad recently. if they can go back to their original from from stage one, they have what it takes to get through the event without dropping a single map, but at the end of the day, it all comes down to the way they perform. they could either go really well or really bad but they have a history of performing when it is most important.
2./3faze/nrg. these are the obvious ones as they went really well in challengers stage 2. they have a lot of potential but at the same time, i dont think even of they won, they would make a big international showing.
5/6. shopify rebellion/ sentinels (lmao) with SR, they have been a strong team for a long time now and i think eventually, they will have to come up and now might be the time. with sentinels, i know it sounds dumb but with their new roster, i think it will force all of the players to play extra hard and with the bootcamp, it will really force every to step up. especially shahz as an igl. i don't think they will win but i do believe that they will do well.
7.-however many others. ig these teams just won't go well in my books. cloud9 imo just won't be in for for a while and i can't see them stepping up any time soon. evil geniuses, are good but i dont thik they will be good enough for the other teams and whoever i missed are the same.

they did get eliminated fair and square, but i do still feel bad for them. i hope they go well in champions then

the bootcamp will help imo. they are gonna have weeks of prac with the new 2 teammates, shahz will have to step up as an igl and finding analysts are also gonna help. i don't think they will win, but i don't think they will come last.

seeing people call a team a fluke really pisses me off tbh, i have seen a lot of people calling optic a fluke team so far, like wdym? when optic versed any team they played in masters last stage, the other team just didn't try or something? they just magically happened to become world champions. they didnt hve the most convincing run in na stage 2 so far, but the teams dont stay the same all the time. players and teams gradually get better. think of sentinels vs fnatic masters 2 grand final. if sentinels then versed optic in masters last stage, optic would thrash them because the teams didnt get worse, other teams just got better. that doesn't mean they are a fluke, it just means they can't keep up with the improvement of other teams that fast. this applies for most teams in the world who are being called a fluke. i am not saying fluke teams don't exist at all, but most of the time, if a really high level time begins to lose, it isn't a fluke, they are probably just burned out, lacking experience or just can't keep up with meta or other teams. give them a goddamn break! calling them a fluke isn't gonna magically make it better.
really glad guild won tbh, emea 3rd seed rising up. the real underdogs of this event

i hate to continue this but with boom, i just want to explain that inconsistency exists, and affects everyone. if wronski was playing at his average level in the first half of map 1, it would have been the most embarrassing 2-0 of boom's life. but i can't argue, because it didnt happen. my point is,, they had potential. they had everything they needed to embarras boom, but they couldn't pull it off because they were inconsistent. this is why i am saying, this time in lcq, they will be ready and they won't be as inconsistent and they have what it takes to win. not saying they will, but they can, and that is up to them and their mental's to decide. i won't lie, onic and team secret are very strong teams, but order are known for making magic, lets see it this time. again, go ahead and flame me if they don't, but they have what it takes. thats all.

my point is, there are no top apac teams to "rek" order. the cycle of APAC is that paper rex "reks" every single good apac team and they are all constantly bowing down to them, knowing that they will probably never be as good. among these teams who far below paper rex, they win some and they lose some. but among these teams, ORDER has a lot of potential. not to be the best in APAC because every team in apac is tier 10 compared to paper rex but among the tier 10 teams of apac, ORDER have potential. no hate to any apac teams in lcq, but its true, they hae what it takes and im calling it now that they are capable of doing it. thats it. no more. goddamn, apac has way too many rivalries but that is the end of this. im not trying to cause problems, im not trying to get absolutely verbally destroyed if they dont show up, im just saying that they are capable. that is it
