Honestly speaking, GE female needs to 5 stack ranked on immediate basis and keep grinding until everyone reached Radiant. It won't guarantee wins in tournament but atleast GE girls can lose 11-13, 13-15, 15-17 etc and maybe sometimes win too against the best SEA teams.
