I said it when yay joined.

Bleed where a top 6 team at BEST in apac.

It wasn’t an ideal spot for a struggling ex superstar to regain his confidence.

Then nearly every team in apac made roster changes and became even better, leaving bleed hoping to be top 8

But I’ll respond to the title.

Anything that brings down viper usage is a positive.

posted 6 months ago

Imagine if we end up sending g c9, g2, and eg to champs 🤦‍♂️.

posted 6 months ago

Who is acting like that?

Pretty sure that’s why nearly every team have a dedicated neon now.

posted 6 months ago

Can sato come play next year?

I don’t see anyone in BR t1 filling Aspas shoes.

They have to hope for a t2 gem for saad to groom

posted 6 months ago

Still think a player who hasn’t been good in 2 years is going to make loud great again?

posted 6 months ago

Anyone who was capable of being objective knows “I played Killjoy” isn’t an excuse for a pro to be bad for 2 years

posted 6 months ago

I’m surprised they lost to EG, but I’m not shocked Pancada was mediocre.

I said it and was downvoted to oblivion because VLR wishes it was pancadas underwear hamper, a player who hasn’t been good in 2 years isn’t going to save loud.

Everyone hated on Derek because they were dumb and forgot how he was always picked over eeiu for a reason.

Imagine losing to eg in 2024 😂

posted 6 months ago

Zeta has always been painfully mid.

Like team secret, and kru.

The teams keep doing better than they should but never actually have good enough players to really matter.

posted 6 months ago

Very real chance the subs are better than the new players.

Will MIBR win another match ever again?

Not with that team…

posted 6 months ago

Mako is not handling the transition to IGL very well.

It’s crazy how many good players forget how to shoot when they Igl.

posted 6 months ago

You can’t see One of the worst cores in America with a streamer and a t2 ranked demon, losing to a top 5 in the world duelist, world champion, and team that just qualified for the most recent masters over teams like NRG, and Sen?

Acting like MIBR is favored is absolutely insane and if they win it should be seen as a GIANT upset.

8th In the Americas

posted 6 months ago

I can’t see lev winning.

But then again I couldn’t see 100t losing to MIBR with a coach last year.

posted 6 months ago

Watched iso today in… China?… I think, and he didn’t seem very impactful, but at least we are seeing him now.

Neon will see a lot of play.

posted 6 months ago

Coin flip match.

Probably 60/40 PRX

I’m hoping for a DRX that looks better.

Especially with champs in Korea. 3 top team from apac would be a nice change.

posted 6 months ago

It’s cool to hate him so teenagers do what’s cool.

o7 Ardiis and ange1.

Nice seeing you I t1

posted 6 months ago

Crazy that people want to water down the leagues so heavily by have 16 teams.

We don’t need 60 teams in t1…. Then t2 will look like an even bigger joke than it is now.

Even one of the most competitive regions like NA have t2 teams that are pretty embarrassing.

Imagine having to spread the talent in a region over 16 teams…. I hate to break it to everyone, but there is barely enough talent right now to make 12 teams looks good.

Everyone is always complaining about the bottom teams being bad, but instead of consolidating the talent and making every team good, people want to add 4 more teams to the slop pile.

posted 6 months ago

imagine losing when your duelist goes 18-4 in opening duels.

honestly disband worthy

posted 6 months ago

I agree with this. There is no reason a team like this should be playing so bad. It was like watching 100t last year.

Something is wrong with culture / vibes / coaching / IGL

posted 6 months ago

I have been looking at the rating and it values not dying a little to much which negatively impacts entry style duelists.

It also values clutches highly, which again negatively impacts entry duelists. Is the last kill of a round really more valuable than a 2k entry? Most wouldn’t say so.

But in the end the system is pretty good especially if you think that the complaint for this match is a difference of like .02 rating… I think the margin of error should be around .05-.1. This game everyone did well so they all are roughly within .1 of each other.

posted 6 months ago

So you op on iso?

posted 6 months ago

Good, but selfish.

Can definitely see play, especially as an op counter.

Only issue is I don’t see him as a primary duelist.

His “space taking” ability is a shield that’s negated by basically all utility that does damage.

He has a good ultimate and great dueling, but he doesn’t take space that well.

I wonder what he will be like with an op. If you don’t miss you can basically never loose the first duel.

posted 6 months ago

I am also not watching, but a 9% ha rating for someone who doesn’t play smokes (smoke spam) tends to indicate heavy Op usage.

posted 6 months ago

especially because he plays so smart...

its not just cracked mechanics, dude is the whole package

posted 6 months ago

I am amazed so many people are pretending that he isnt the current best agent in the game lol....

posted 6 months ago

A flop to me would be a team most people expect to do good.

NRG, they have a tough schedule.
G2, same as above

NAVI

PRX

posted 6 months ago

Aspas could still be playing and dicey is filling in for someone else. He played kj and sky professionally too.

posted 6 months ago

Didn’t they buff breach?

posted 6 months ago

Jett (knives / dash)
Raze (two nades and better boombot”
Sky (more birds and easy pop flash)
Astra (stars)
Killjoy (global utility range and lower ult point)

posted 6 months ago

Are they going to play the same roles? Hiro does have initiator games but it seems like the most recent roles have been sentinels.

posted 6 months ago

If the only stat you see is kills…

Redux had twice as many deaths, less kast, less assists, more first deaths.

Literally the only categories Reduxx won were based on kills.

Kast means skuba or his utility was involved in 94% of the kills on the server lol.

Dispite being better in every category that doesn’t involve running it down, they basically have the exact same rating.

I'm sure the guy who hasn't played in a year and hasn't been good in two years will save Loud.

I work for Coca-Cola and I’ll let you know that’s not the original way.

The old way was basically a bag of seasoning dumped into a big vat of molasses. The original recipe utilized cocaine leaves, orange essence, and other minor citrus / pepper notes.

It did not have caffeine, that was the cocaines job. First utilized as a “health tonic” because Cocaine makes you feel good.

It basically tastes like pancake syrup with a minty citrus twang.

posted 6 months ago

It really is bias and the fact that the two teams in the finals are not “superstar” teams.

Before this year nearly all the players were question marks.

It’s fun to see the “new guard” beat the old, but when both teams feel like they have just been established it feels less exciting.

The teams feel like a bunch of really good players and no “Stars”. Texture and woot are making a name for themselves and I think during champs they will feel more like star players.

-icy + miniboo

posted 6 months ago

I said g2 with oxy would be great but everyone said “icy is better you idiot.”

It’s like people don’t even watch valorant. They only pay attention to the last game they saw.

posted 6 months ago

NA are cursed with being to good regionally.

We are to w going to win every ascension and have all of our talent spread between 7? Teams

We need to stop trying to make every team good and focus on 4 good teams.

Most people wouldn’t even consider g2 a top 4 team in the Americas and they nearly made the finals.

posted 6 months ago

This is what happens when you come from a region that hasn’t made a Champions final in over 700 days.

You forget how to act when you actually win for once.
