he has a lot of potential but the current meta is not suitable enough for DRX to make him play main duelist on the team. since it's in a heavy jett meta and buzz is already well experienced and fit for the team as a jett player, I think the only chance to see foxy on their game is in case where they decided to run a raze comp, which isn't quite likely to happen.
