I highly doubt it will cause too much issues. I'm pretty sure some teams are surfacing these issues by preparing secondary rosters in case of balancing country or player representation.

It could be possible for either one. Just heard that EDward Gaming is preparing an esports stadium in Shanghai, so most of the funding could help that as well as franchising.

FPX is a Chinese team. They could pick up their Zhuque roster as their main if they get selected for the China spot, but it would be difficult to go against EDward Gaming
