And also the roles he played at that time werent needed by any team. Only jett 1 tricks were relevant back then.
But where does dicey can actually fit is the question, because if its flex or duelist there are many other players that are quite good in doing these roles. He can become a good flex player in the current meta after chamber nerf, but how good can he be on it. Earlier he used to play Skye but its not the meta anymore, if he could play kayo at a good level he has high chance of getting picked up.
Franchising just gonna do exactly that. Teams will be broken and chemistry between the players will be ruined.
