He is of the opinion that Paris is a wonderful city, and has been learning French alongside glazing the country to an ungodly extent. I, personally, am of the belief that Paris is rather overrated, as its pricing on objects is rather inflated through the roof, and it is swarming with tourists, and it's not all too clean.
