I checked Natank stream he also gets 17 ping london servers and I checked nats stream more in depth and he gets around 14-15 on frankfurt and checked more french streamers streams and they also get around 14 on frankfurt ,also soulcas got like 9 ping on bootcamp , so there is a really high chance he is still in france , but Jamppi , who was also on boot camp was getting around 13-14 so there is still hope LFG

Its almost IMPOSSIBLE to win a tournament back to back .
1) The meta changes way too much and some teams adapt faster than others
2) After you win a tournament every other team will look at your games and steal your strats
so I do not think we will see a team win a back to back for atleast 2 more years or so
