So I saw their players after not keeping up with them for a while and got quite confused
I guess I would say I'm not an expert by any means on VCL in MENA but how do the import rules work?

Like we are playing a 5v5 here in the lower final of a MENA competition...
Meanwhile there are:

So in the lower final of VCL MENA there is a total of one MENA player?
I'm not so caught up with the rules I suppose but for me this is an extreme case of "How is this allowed?"
