In sp3:

You compete for spots for next year's sp1

Sp3 benefits :

To prevent long off season scenario where there is no point to extend player's contract( no reason to keep player's because of long off season)

Sp3 also fosters player development( more competition more development)

Valorant is popular in japan too , but they're definitely not to the level turkey is .πŸ˜”

I need to know what turkey does different and maybe riot jp can emulate what turkey does

posted about a year ago

Question : why does turkish league produce tons of talents? How can they do that?

posted about a year ago

As long as our important identities remained in secret I don't see how that's an issue.

BUT, understanding that vlr are maintained by just a few people, with little regulation(probably), I'd prefer they don't sell our data 🀣🀣

posted about a year ago

I'm trying to say that esports department generally has little say in how riot does it's business πŸ˜…

Besides 3rd party tournaments doesn't mean they have a different audience, it might possibly be your target audiences happens to overlap.
Which is what makes watch parties a powerful marketing move, they rarely overlap, they are a fan of the content creators not the esports but that doesn't mean riot can't attract those fans to start consume vct more.

Wrong site buddy πŸ˜”

Everyone is 9 here , while your post about self relfect caters to 20 yo or older

I'm pretty sure that esports is generally aimed to be as a marketing moveπŸ˜…

So the amount of exposure really comes from other marketing aside from esports(content creators, friends, trends etc)

Ok that can kinda explain why he's the only one that stayed when dfm changed rosterπŸ˜…

To me a proper win is when you win with whatever you have, meaning you win with your own players. I see KR teams can do that and I hope one day JP teams can too.

Maybe I'm being too harsh on imports, the point I'm making is ideally it's better for VCJ as a region to gradually rely less on imports. Imports did make VCJ stronger, but it just means we get to have better imports, not we got to have better local players.

Too many world class imports severly lowers the value of local players, even though ( in my opinion ) when you spread the imports equally to each apac subregions vcj is just as good as everyone contrary to what vlr has often believed. I just hate seeing cases like Yowamu and Xdll being invincible for most of their career because of role bias towards imports(as in yowamu's case) and communication issue ( I reckon that's what happened to Xdll during his stint in BLUE BEES)

and tbh SCARZ should have never won in the first place, SCARZ's project is just throwing shit to the wall and see what sticks (it never worked except last ascension). I find it appaling by looking at SCARZ's strategy of winning by ruining it's own scene

posted about a year ago

Ok that's just sad tbh , maybe it's time for Jake sin to do something πŸ˜”

posted about a year ago

I tried calling for change in import rules and I got called racist by some people hereπŸ’€.

Imma be honest , igzist can import texture but they ain't gonna win shit unless they get proper japanese player to win, relying on imports to win you games is just pathetic tbh.

Let's be real every year only one team gets to be promoted to tier 1 in each region I'm not even, not to mention you're not even facing your own subregion, you'll be facing the whole apac subregions. I can't see how importing players can win you games tbh.

I'm dying for vcj lower finals πŸ’€
Edit: mb we're talking about outside of vlr , tryna learn Japanese just so I can get better info on vcj lol

posted about a year ago

They don't want other regions to see their strats 🀣

posted about a year ago

I'm not talking about the players of course, but that's not to say we're in a good situation. I'm just saying when you have imports coming put of japan winning shit , this will just end up as a long term problem for japan. We are developing Korean players when the name of the league is called valorant challengers Japan. This means less development on local players

The problem to me now lies on Korean Vct. Frankly speaking VCK has been too reliant on VCJ to develop kr talents.

posted about a year ago

Do you think better marketing will change any of that?

("Why would they seek out Tier 2 when they can bask in the glory of Tier 1") I'm sure there are people who don't feel this way but TO BE HONEST, I find this line of thinking to be quite arrogant , not talking about you of course.

Holy shit you really like VNs lol

When you read manga you get a headstart at knowing what will be adapted and what is not.

But you better be prepared to get stinky eye from your friends lol

I am speaking to you and you directly, if you watch anime, fuck you

Maybe the most degenerated group of people on the planet and it is very very rare that they are an exception

cringe cringe cringe yucky yucky yucky

The more a game becomes infested with animetards the less likeable it becomes, Valorant as a prime example

read manga bro , be Enlighted

I have a question, the views in VCK is truly abysmal and inconsistent as well ( ranges from 800 at minimal to 5k at best) , any reason why this happens aside from the fact that the orgs in vck are ( sorry) no namer orgs?

posted about a year ago

VCJ being entertaining to me has to be because RiotJP actually invested money back to the scene (probably)

posted about a year ago

Not paying them enough money tbh and just by the fact that Japan's wages are higher than Korea's.
As for bad contracts I reckon it's just the same as any region ( jp included as well)

posted about a year ago

I don't wanna delve into the drama anymore, BUT if T1 KR teams want to pick new players;

"I know your past fondness for the VCK's player, but I can wholeheartedly endorse the new breed of VCJ's player"
-Sommelier (idk he probably said something like that) -

Finally , I'm starting to not look like some crazy guy who just fawns over VCJ πŸ˜‚
