Optimize the laptop for best performance when u play valorant. There's a guy called Panjno on YT check his vids. Also on aimlab keep the same settings as in val(The graphics, cross hair, resolution ). And fix the fps to 60 in val so it will be a little smoother

Play only deathmatch but dont go behind frags take your time to aim, also 10-20mins aimlab before you start valorant. Do this for a week or so until u feel confident. Youll automatically start playing better. Try sixshot especially on aimlab, it'll help u aim for heads at long distance. Playing on lowest res is hard because i do too but thats not the problem. Play the game if u actually want to play the game you will improve gradually
