I think it will be revenge time for zeek

OkAy then It will be
EU: G2, Acend, FNATIC, liquid, FPX, Heretics
CIs: Gambit, forze, OBG
TR: fut, oxg, bbl

Of course they are supporting cNed in his role as OP and jett player but every member of the team fullfills his specific role. And also starxo, bonecold, kiles have insane games where they can carry the team. Even if cNed had a bad day, they would do still pretty good imo

I don’t think Navi is ready to compete at the highest level yet and I’m not convinced with FPX after their latest showings

How many teams from EU, CIS and TR will be participating? I forgot how they divided the 16 teams

posted about 3 years ago

I didn’t refer to their playstyles. It’s just that I feel Acend can be as dominant in EU as sentinels is in NA. And hopefully we see a NA-EU Final in Berlin again but with another ending ;D

posted about 3 years ago

But Acend is not only cNed. I would say they are one of the EMEA teams with the best firepower overall

posted about 3 years ago

Wow, I didn’t expect you to answer. Keep the great work up, I’m really looking forward to seeing you in Berlin!!

Acend really keep impressing me. They didn’t qualify for masters 2 because in EU didn’t exist double elim and now they look more fucking dominant than ever before.
I genuinely think that they are the best EU team right now and like the Sentinels of EMEA (star player cNed but much firepower on the other players+smart IGL bonecold)

Yea they were Better than with meddo

Do they have one more chance ?

posted about 3 years ago

Another question, are there 2 closed qualifiers?

posted about 3 years ago

Youre right, players like cNed, derke, jamppi etc maybe fit the vandal better because they go for „dry“ entries

posted about 3 years ago

But you saw how much kills V1 got against liquid just by spraying through smokes on split? Of course it’s an argument. Especially because you mostly don’t have 1v1s in proplay so a phantom is more helpful to spray down multiple enemies

posted about 3 years ago

True

posted about 3 years ago

Im not expecting too much from them. I would have preferred a roster with young talents such as cloud rather than players like arch, dinkjz etc

Hypoc on twitch

posted about 3 years ago

Even the open qualifiers are so entertaining to watch in EU. Cant wait for the battle with TR and CIS in the main tournament

posted about 3 years ago

I agree with you that vandal is superior on breeze but on all the other maps I feel like there are more close to mid range fights in proplay where the phantom is clearly better. Plus better spray control, invisible bullets etc

posted about 3 years ago

Right now im watching Heretics vs MTP and all heretics players use vandals only even on split. I’m worried for EU that they lose rounds again in Berlin against NA etc just because phantom >vandal

Keloqz, pyth, ardiis

posted about 3 years ago

As I said he is a good person but was biased towards his region. But after masters he was very realistic and criticized the Brazilian teams himself

posted about 3 years ago

A mix between CIS and EU players would be cool like in FPX. But unlikely

posted about 3 years ago

I think kyleria, noyn (with less Brazilian bias) Moet and olofboost are the best

posted about 3 years ago

Acend>heretics>G2

posted about 3 years ago

cNed is only better with op. With knives and rifle Derke> cNed

posted about 3 years ago

If it was enough to have individually good players TR Teams would have done way better last EMEA tournament

Team Liquid have outdated strats and did not adapt to the Last Meta during masters. Essentially they made it to iceland thanks to screams extraordinary performances on duelists and because some of their opponents choked hard. I would be massively surprised if they made it to masters 3 tbh

posted about 3 years ago

But Derke was the star of CIS tbh

NAVI will win

Is keloqz actually good enough?

It was drakens choice to leave

Maybe Guild pyth?

posted about 3 years ago

Liquid also is behind the meta massively on most of the maps. They still play omen in a very uncreative way. Plus it seems that liquid just cannot get rounds on attack without an entry frag . They had literally 3 setups (especially on ascent) and were very readable

posted about 3 years ago

The question is which player will they sign

posted about 3 years ago

And pyth will be benched seemingly..

I found this link on Twitter concerning the future of G2. I translated it and it may not be perfect but it seems like mixwell is gonna move to the sentinel role and G2 will look for a new Jett player

posted about 3 years ago

LOL i always wondered what game he came from. Csgo, pubg, overwatch etc. But I have never heard of this

posted about 3 years ago

I think if they really bench pyth G2 got an insane pick ready who they didn’t expect to get within the last few months. I’m expecting a player like nAts in this case
