Due to the latest news and development inside the Bleed organisation, we have decided to take things publicly.
After months of attempting to resolve our internal issues privately, we feel compelled to share what has transpired and is still ongoing. BLEED's upper management team has consistently ignored our concerns, leaving us no choice but to go public and cut all ties with them.
From the outset, we've grappled with delayed salary (up to four months at the time), buyout, bootcamp, and other payments. For reference, most of the players got their first salary in April even tho they signed contracts in December.
Before CQ for RMR bootcamp was organised and paid 50% by Kassad and the other 50% by players.. Other organisations have confirmed that they have failed to pay buyouts for several players (still not paid to this day), threatening them with legal actions and going public with the information if they don't pay, and about 60% of tournament prize money is still outstanding. Several times during the last 4-5 months the team refused to play officials and practice (weeks at the time) until some of the payments were made.
Multiple players from other divisions (Dota2, Valorant, and R6) reached out to us with similar concerns, not to mention employees regularly giving notices about breaches of contract and delayed salaries.
Reputation got so damaged that players refused to even consider joining Bleed, knowing all these things, and relationships got broken to the point that all people were thinking about leaving ASAP.
These financial uncertainties have created significant stress, impacting our preparation, motivation, and performance. It's crucial to highlight that even in 2024, supposed tier-1 esports organisations can struggle with basic obligations.
We're utterly flabbergasted by the lack of communication from BLEED's top management.
They've repeatedly lied about payments, made empty promises, and kept us hoping things will get better. Most of the time we've been completely ignored by management-radio silence on their end. We're currently consulting with our legal team to determine our next steps and move things forward. We plan to search for a new organisation that can offer us stability and meet the essential requirements for effectively managing a team.
On top of everything, CEO has disappeared from the face of the earth, and nobody can find him.
We will participate in the next two tournaments (RES Regional Champions and Thunderpick World Championship 2024) under the name UNPAID.

Also, I hope riot instead of fiddling with each other's balls reaches out to orgs in T2 to discuss and make a better T2 model. I am sure orgs would want to have a discussion about it too

Bump! Cuz I think this would be a great change 🥰

My personal favourite change is that playoffs qualification after stage 2 is independent of stage 1 results. This year teams with shit stage 1 were just out of contention for champs which was pretty bad

Tell me BIG BOY, are you the 0.01% who goes to a tournament and lifts the trophy or are you the 1% who goes to tournament and watches others lift the trophy?

Crazy how yay got the bag and dipped and now the whole org is falling apart kkkk

Again, correct me if I am wrong but T1 teams weren't allowed to have academy teams play challengers since 2023, i.e, start of franchise league. This is the first year this change has been implemented and T1 teams can have academy teams play the challengers league(but aren't allowed in ascension under their name I think)

posted 1 month ago

Names?

posted 1 month ago

In what tournaments may I ask?

posted 1 month ago

Brother atleast wait for the off-season to end
Also quite sure T1 teams weren't allowed to have their own academy team play in challengers last year

posted 1 month ago

No, but that doesn't really reinforce your point lol

Rumors are that their roster is going to be majority koreans

posted 1 month ago

Other than EDG noone in china is doing shit

Korea could be good, but without seeing them play can't say anything(I have seen way too many on-paper promising rosters get absolutely shit on when they play).

For short range only, unless you are some dark magic witch, it's very unpredictable even when you are slightly far than normal

posted 1 month ago

Let take it from start.

A ghost can't one tap past 30m or Armor

a classic can't one tap shit.

Valorant map design favours classic

I assume your reasoning is that valorant has small maps and classic can burst. Unless you are on split or bind and going right into the enemies face, no, it's not useful.

More utility with classic + Armor

Good point but very agent, map, and side dependent. Some agent with mollies do benefit from having that in the pistol round but not the rest

Something you failed to consider/mention in your post is the classic's 1st bullet error which is higher than ghost's.

[You also assumed that after hitting the first bullet to head, the second one also hit something which isn't the case always]

Having that 1st bullet be accurate is very much needed especially when you are the one going in.

Phoenix:
Molly - range increased from sova 1 bar --> 2 bar
Molly - radius increased +5
Wall - uptime increased by +5 sec
Wall - now applies a paranoia-like effect to enemies crossing it for short time
Ult - can now be cancelled

Sage:
Slow orb - fast throw like brim stim
Slow orb - duration increased +3 sec
Slow orb - slow effect increased, now applies as a gradient with it being strongest at center
Wall - length and width increased by +25%

It is good but you wouldn't substitute a viper or Harbor for it. Teams that run omen could benefit from astra more in place of omen

Can you ask bodork what part about vlr seems charming?

posted 1 month ago

Everyone seems to hold very strong views about this topic but imo the severity of the word depends on where you come from.
For someone who has seen this word regularly used, it's just a substitute for a word like idiot or dumb but for those who didn't grew in that environment, it might be a very bad word.

As for me, since English is not my first language and initially I grew up watching british media, words like retard or cunt don't seem that bad just as someone who grew up watching US media words like shit or fuck or bitch would sound normal.
