i mean i do get 120 but it ranges from 80-120 usually it stays around 90 and if i am playing 3 games consecutively it'll start dropping to 70

so i have an intel i5 9300H with a gtx 1650 4 gb (laptop) with 8 gigs ram and i get around 80-120 fps (it goes till 70 if played for a long time)
is this normal? because one of my friend has a laptop with similar specs and he gets above 130 constantly :(
