the owner represents the organization as a whole, when they do something stupid it reflects the org and ultimately causes everyone in the organization to suffer. It is the responsibility of the owner to uphold a strong image of themselves
plus making a 9/11 joke on a company account is insanely stupid, in the off chance that the older demographic (who typically don’t tolerate 9/11 jokes) see that, it would not go over well
