Lol atleast emea isn't a 1 team region where evry tournament other team places higher than the same team constantly at the top. Shows more depth than every other region. I have been watching valorant streamers and pro players since the beta lol. And it doesn't take much to judge how good a player is igling. U don't need to hear their comms. Their strats are visible clearly and shahzam is one igl who strats can be read by diamond players as well. In lcq, his strat was mostly tenz lurk with chamber,zellsis flash,shroud plant,others support lol. Sure his igl was still better than b4 but it was still old fashioned and predictable. Sen only looked better due to zellsis and tenz carrying them
His igl is bad. His mechanical skills are decent. If he wasn't igling,he would be a decent player but still not franchise worthy. The are better players than him out there

Some teams would rotate the roster based on maps. Some would keep a constant 5 and add in the 6th man if one of the starting 5 is underperforming or not feeling it
