a coach is not a boss. Having a coach = even less effort going from shahz into strats = more time for streaming. Right now he's technically doing the job of a coach (albeit he's not doing it a lot), but a coach doesn't necessarily mean a change in work ethic

One thing to note about masters thus far -- NA is looking extremely strong. Maybe as a result of better living conditions/funding compared to some of the 3rd world countries competing, but the strats and pace run by Optic/The Guard are so obviously leagues ahead of the other regions. I think that us as Valorant fans should be thankful that these NA teams continue to innovate and shake up the meta.
