You didn't even try to adress my point and tried to diminish us out of the blue. I know you're baiting, but you could at least do a better job at that.

The first half of the first map was 10-2 and it ended in a 13-9. The two that followed went into overtime. Just because they didn't win a map doesn't mean that the ones where they lost were easy for Optic. It's not rocket science.

posted about 2 years ago

I know this is bait, but in what world is second place with 3 close maps bad?

VLR is really better then expected after this game. I expected it to be flooded with toxicity, but most user are being respectful and acting with maturity. That really makes me somewhat happy.

Well, yeah, he did, i never doubted him as a coach, but his comments after the first Xerxia game are still terrible.

I'm sure we, brazilians are all sad with the results, but even then, look how fucking far we came. From the region that couldn't make it out of playoffs to 2nd place in masters! And it's not like we played poorly, not even a single map was easy for Optic, all of them were close. And remember, loud is a 4 months old team that never lost a match before this one, they can still evolve a lot, just like all other brazilian teams. Ignore the mean comments, you know they would come even if we won, be happy for what we have and don't forget that this is just the starting point for us. Really well played from both LOUD and OPTIC.

OPTIC read LOUD really well and played incredibly on defense, there is nothing more to it or anything worth talking about, really well played by them.

The problem of the entry fragger being the IGL is that he is probably gonna be the first one to be traded out. Coordinating everyone while you're dead is harder then it seems. And yeah, i don't think he is IGL material either way.

posted about 2 years ago

I disagree. If they had the right team in which they could grow and synergize well they could be really good.

posted about 2 years ago

Yes, he is. Something that i think is a mistake, having your entry fragger as a leader is not the best of choises.

posted about 2 years ago

He is not better then aspas, but is a really solid duelist that could do some damage if he didn't have to deal with the role of IGL too.

Thank you for being there for our troublemaker everytime.

We have some other players that are at least on par with these. The original 5 from GL are really good, and we still have those like Heat and Xand. I believe that LOUD, even if they lose now will make our scenario go higher, and it can get extra competitive this year already if we're lucky.

why didn't they do it when against them, then?

If i'm not wrong it's not a valorant only thing, but a rivalry that comes from other esports.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean, the championship was when the game was really new and no one knew what they were doing other then Sentinels. His lan experience is valuable yes, but his util usage is really outdated and predictable, he doesn't vary his setups enough so enemies can easly read him. And let's not talk about his mechanical skill, it's not BAAAAAAAAAAAD, but not T1 material.

posted about 2 years ago

Hope his hand is fine. I slammed mine into the table when LOUD won because of how happy i was, and that shit hurt.

posted about 2 years ago

Because i am, i'm the bench warmer, the only reason Less played well was because i warmed his chair up before icebox.

posted about 2 years ago

GG, it was really close and your team was the hardest team to beat up until now. Hope to see ya'll on the Grand Finals!

This site is full of weird fanboys from all sides. I try not to take what people do here to heart tho

I knew the forums would become a total battlefiled with this game, no matter what happenes in it.

This is not about valorant or the LOUD x Optic game, who cares about that? Let's all pray for our lord and savior Jesus 🙏🙏🙏

I'd like one for me too, if you can

posted about 2 years ago

Thank god you're not in the competitive scenario, what fun would it be to watch a guy carry a team and win every round?

Ah, i see, thanks either way, and mb

Don't worry, i'll coach them. I've got some high level strats to teach the boys, i can't even imagine how other teams will manage to counter my crab rush plan. Works in Bronze 1 every time.

I see. Sorry, i'm not familiar with some international terms, as my communitys outside VLR are mostly brazilian and such.

SA for South Ameria or Saudi Arabia?

I understand now, thank you.

What does "CIS" mean? I always see this being thrown around here but never understood it.

Probably me, but only when i'm in a bad game, trust me man i'm a beast

posted about 2 years ago

I mean, that's fair but you're a little bit to agressive about it? Idk maybe just passion tho. Hope we can see a good game today.

I'm confident that LOUD can win if they're more solid and confident this time around, but even then G2 won't be easy in any way, shape or form. At the same time i'm worried because Less is still isolated, and he is the youngest one in the roster, that can affect him pretty badly.

posted about 2 years ago

If i'm not wrong Aspas is fine already, but Less is still isolated. And that worries me a fucking lot.

posted about 2 years ago

Yes, any region and any player can be good if they put in the work. How is that bad? And if it as easy as you said, they how can a team win more then the other if everyone is in the same level? Shoudn't everyone be winning and losing equally?

posted about 2 years ago

The raze naded to clear heaven site and satcheled on to it, but messed up on the timing a little. Even then it still got them the space required to push into the site, which won that round. There, removed the insults, are you still right?

posted about 2 years ago

I'm really exited for both!

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah man, people don't take the mental into account as much as they should. The same thing was clearly happening with Less from LOUD in their last game, and with Aspas too to some extent. Young players suffer the most in these kinds of tournaments.

posted about 2 years ago

Just because something is somewhat common doesn't mean it's right. This kind of attitude should be called out.
