They have completely different styles of igl'ing. Boo, munchkin QT let their players take their own decision and just do the pre round start plan.

While fns, boaster and few other early day igl do the micro strat kinda thing. Especially these two you need a lot of coordination to run multi level fakes and non heavy exec play styles

I think all of you should try looking at the minimap and trying to shoot at the same time. All the while calling strats and info for your team. You will not frag at all this is why i hate the igl aim narrative. Its not as easy as you think. The igl you mention have completely different styles of calling
